Sheraldo Becker has been confirmed to have joined Real Sociedad on Permanent Deal from Union Berlin. The 28 year Old has played for Union Berlin as a striker for 4 Years, scoring 24 Goals in 140 Appearances and 26 assists.
Becker departs Union as one of the most important players in the club’s history, playing a key role in their rise to Europe, which is something he would pay homage to in his farewell speech:
“I will forever be grateful to Union, this is where I became who I am today. Together we have achieved many things in four and a half years that no one would have imagined we could achieve. I will always be proud of that. Now it’s time for me to move on. But the club and the people at Union will always have a place in my heart.”
Nevertheless, in eleven Bundesliga appearances this season, Becker failed to find the back of the net, leaving Union struggling for goals as they currently find themselves embroiled in a relegation battle.
