In a stark turn of events in Kirekka village, Wakiso district, a tenant named Kizza Dawudi Kayongo faces eviction for his revolving door of female visitors and overdue rent.
The aggrieved landlady aired her grievances on local television, revealing Kayongo’s pattern of transforming her rentals into what she termed a ‘lodge.’ Moreover, Kayongo’s failure to meet his rent obligations added fuel to the fire of his eviction.
Despite previous leniency towards Kayongo’s rent arrears, the landlady reached her breaking point, issuing a two-day ultimatum for his departure.
Additionally, the landlady shed light on Kayongo’s disruptive behaviour, citing altercations and property damage allegedly caused by his frequent clashes with his female guests.
