Swangz Avenue singer Vinka is one person who is always not on good terms with fans while on stage. During her performances in South Sudan, she hit a fan who was trying to touch her with a shoe on stage.
The singer has now explained that she is afraid of unwanted touches. She doesn’t want fans who force themselves to dance with her.
She says dancing appropriately with her is welcome, but exceeding beyond that is crossing a line and will be met with a harsh response.
“I actually don’t have a problem dancing with my fans, but I just don’t like bad touches. I know we can dance, but you should limit your hands because if you go where I don’t want them, then I will fight you back,” she explained in an interview with a local television station.
Vinka remains a fan favourite despite a few instances where she has been involved in physical altercations with fans.
