Following Uganda’s qualification for the 2025 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON) in Morocco, the team, along with the coaching staff, was treated to a dinner at Gaucho Grill ahead of their final qualifier match against Congo.
The evening was filled with excitement, further energized by the presence of the singing duo, Kataleya & Kandle, who were invited to entertain the team.
For Kataleya & Kandle, meeting the Uganda Cranes players was an unforgettable experience, and they were especially excited to meet the head coach, Paul Put, whose energy and leadership have visibly improved the team’s playing style.
However, while they enjoyed the evening, Kataleya & Kandle also shared their thoughts with the media on the challenges of dating famous people, particularly footballers.
The duo stated that it is not easy to date fellow stars.
With the Cranes players often travelling and constantly in the spotlight, Kataleya & Kandle admitted that they do not have the emotional energy for the heartache that could come with such relationships.
They also believe that football players meet many women due to their frequent travels outside the country.
Despite the undeniable charm and good looks of the players, they made it clear that they would rather admire them from a distance.
